Call for Papers

Official language of the conference: English and Hungarian (independent sections)

Publications

You can hold a presentation with or without writing articles, but articles without presentation will not be accepted.

- Papers: will be published in electronic format as peer-reviewed proceeding with ISBN. Applicants can choose the language of the article. The article should be prepared by the template given on the website, and should be sent to a link provided later till the deadline.

- Presentation: The same language as the article. Presentations should be held as PowerPoint (ppt or pptx) presentation, other formats are not accepted (e.g.: prezi, pdf). 

- We provide further publication possibility in English for the best papers:

- in special issue of European Transport Studies journal (Elsevier),

- in the Acta Technica Jauriensis, the scientific journal of the University of Győr.

Applications

On cots.sze.hu webpage "For Authors" menu by filling out "Application for presentation" before the deadline.

In case of several authors, please give us the data of the planned presenter of the paper. We will communicate through this contact.

Co-authors will be involved in communication after the article submission.

The Scientific Committee decide about the limited number of presentations based on the application abstracts and notify all the applicants.

Terms of participation for authors

- In case of presentation with article, for the presenter author participation on the day of his/her presentation is free

- In case of oral presentation without article, for the presenter author participation is on reduced price on the day of his/her presentation

- Registration (free registration as well) contains the followings:

- publication

- conference packet

- participation on presentations and

- on workshops

- visit a professional exhibition

- coffee breaks and lunch.

Fees exclude:

- Gala Dinner in the evening of the 1st day

- Travel and accomodation (it is personal responsibility).

Registeration as participant is needed in case:

- participation on the other day (i.e. not on their presentation day) for free authors

- participation on any days for co-authors, furthermore

- participation for everyone on the Gala Dinner.

To attend on the event the corresponding price should be payed.
